We use a service called Track It Forward for volunteers to log hours, see their previous hour entries, update contact information, and view and register for trainings. All volunteers need to create a Track It Forward account the first time you access these services. Below are how-to-guides to get you started.

Want the App to record hours from your phone?
Track It Forward offers an App for your phone to make it easy to log hours. You can download the App linked below or you can use your phone’s browser to go to ‘Enter Hours’ page and from the browser’s menu ‘add to home screen’ for a quick link on your phone. (Note: You must create a profile from the computer or your device’s browser before downloading signing in to the phone App. Remember the email address and password you create because you will use those to sign in on the phone app.)
